UT to Lumber River was a project completed in Pembroke, NC.  This project was done for SWMV, LLC and the Florence & Hutcheson firm.  Construction began in January 2010 and ended in April 2010.  It consisted of 4,285 LF of stream restoration and floodplain reconnection and restoration.  For construction of this project, there was culvert installation and various stream structures used.  These structures included, but were not limited to:  log sills, root wads, and floodplain interceptors.  UT to Lumber River consisted of Priority II of stream restoration.  The project manager for this project was Charles Hill and the foreman was Allen Hill.
