Project Manager
LMD Project Managers will oversee project organization, scheduling and implementation of all project tasks. This includes but is not limited to holding crew meetings, maintaining positive relationships on and off job sites, managing supplies, time and daily activities. Acting as liaison between crew members, engineers and land owners.
Heavy Equipment Operators
Heavy equipment operators will run equipment onsite in order to complete jobs in accordance with engineered plan specifications. Ability to transition into assisting ground crew with seeding, matting and other general labor needs.
Laborers
Laborers will assist Equipment Operators in the construction of stream and wetland structures by matting , seeding and disbursing straw. Laborers will also install and remove fencing, operate chainsaws and occasionally run track trucks.
